What is the THB Fanatics program?

The THB Fanatics is a loyalty program designed to reward our fans with points, which can be redeemed to offset future bills, and special promotions when they patronise The Handburger.

What are the perks of the program?

Lots! Aside from the additional 100 points you would receive when you register your card online, every time you enjoy a meal at The Handburger, you will continue to receive points. It is free to join the program, except for the minimum nett spend of $5 for you to start earning points. Being a part of the registered THB Fanatics, you will also receive special offers, members-only promotions and you can add our very cool-looking card to your wallet!

How do I earn points?
Simply present your card when paying your bill and they will swipe your card and the points (50 points per nett spend of $5) will be added to your card. The amount used to calculate the number of points will be based on nett spending, that is, amount before all taxes and charges.

By spending $8 nett, you will earn 50 points; $10 nett, 100 points; $14 nett, 100 points; $18 nett, 150 points; $20 nett, 200 points.
For each visit, you can choose to either earn or redeem points. You cannot, however, earn and redeem at the same time in a single transaction.

Can I earn points using gift vouchers?

Unfortunately not. Earning points will require the transaction to be paid by cash, credit or debit card.

How do I redeem my points?

You can cash-in your points (well, not literally “cash-in” but you can redeem them) at any The Handburger restaurant in Singapore. Every 1 point earned = $0.01 off your bill. You are entitled to use as many points as you like in one visit.
1 point = $0.01 off your bill
100 points = $1.00 off your bill
123 points = $1.23 off your bill
While the card does not come with an expiry date, your points will expire 1 year after the last date that you have earned points on. That is to say, to extend the expiry date by 1 year for all your points in your card, simply spend and earn points for the card!

Are there any rules?

We only have a few rules:
General rules:
• You cannot transfer points to another person’s card

Earning points:
• You can use another promotional offer and still be able to earn points for that transaction unless stated otherwise.
• Only one card can be used to earn points per bill – we do not allow the splitting of bills between 2 cards.
• If you are earning points, you cannot use your card to redeem points for the same transaction.

Redeeming points:
• You are not able to redeem points at the same time as using another promotional offer (only one type of promotional offer may be used at any one time) unless stated otherwise.
• You are not able to redeem points from multiple cards for the one bill.
• If you are redeeming points, you cannot use your card to earn points for the same transaction.

How do I replace my lost/damaged card?

Simply get a new card when you make a purchase in your next visit to The Handburger, log in to THB Fanatics at the website and we will guide you through the process of replacing your lost/damaged THB Fanatics card.

All points from the lost/damaged card will be considered forfeited unless you have registered the card online. Please be aware that The Handburger cannot be held responsible for the loss of points on any THB Fanatics card. We will deduct 100 penalty points for each card replacement for the costs of the card and administration purposes. Points remaining in the lost/damaged card will be reinstated less the 100 penalty points to the new card. We are not liable for the loss of points during the period when the card is lost.

The lost/damaged card will be invalidated from the time of the lost/damaged report lodged. For security reasons, the report and transfer of points are irreversible once they are lodged in our system and the card, even if found, would no longer be usable. Therefore, THB Fanatics are advised to search thoroughly for their card before making a loss report.

What if I forget to bring along my card?

You can still earn points by telling us your contact number (only if you have given it to us during the online registration) when you foot the bill. You cannot, however, redeem any point through the use of your contact no. You will have to present the card for all point redemptions.

How is my privacy protected?

Your contact details and information will not at any stage be shared with a third party, except for the purpose of managing our database. You may also opt out from receiving electronic communication from The Handburger at any stage by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or emailing to us at fanatics@thehandburger.com.
