  • Terms and Conditions for the THB Fanatics Card

    1.1 Earning Points

    Points are awarded to all customers who present the THB Fanatics card before payment. Points are calculated on the value of goods purchased after all special offers and discounts but before the prevailing GST and 10% service charge have been taken into account. From time to time, The Handburger may award bonus points on selected items. The Handburger reserves the right to add and remove these points without prior notification.

    Points can only be earned in store when you produce your THB Fanatics card before payment. Where you are not in possession of your THB Fanatics card during payment, you may use your mobile number to earn points for the transaction only if you have provided us with your mobile number when you register at THB Fanatics (http://www.thehandburger.com/thbfanatics). Under no circumstances will points be retrospectively added after payment even with proof of purchase by way of a valid receipt.

  • 1.2 Redeeming Points
    Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Each point has an equivalent value of one Singapore cent and can be used in any The Handburger store to purchase any product(s) for sale. Should the product(s) required be less than the value on the card then points will be deducted to the corresponding value of the item and the balance will be left on the card in the form of points. Change in the form of cash or otherwise will not be given under any circumstances.

    1.3 Special Rewards

    From time to time, The Handburger will introduce THB Fanatics Only Rewards. These rewards will be available exclusively to THB Fanatics. The Handburger will endeavour to give ample notice of such rewards but reserve the right to introduce and remove such rewards without any prior notification.

  • 1.4 Replacement Cards

    Please be aware that The Handburger cannot be held responsible for the loss of points on any THB Fanatics card. Please treat your card as though it were cash in your hands. Replacement THB Fanatics cards can be issued at any of our stores with a minimum spend of S$5. You will have to associate the new card yourself to your account online on the THB Fanatics page after you have logged in to our site. Any points on your previous card will automatically be transferred within 48 hours. Should you have any queries on your points balance or the THB Fanatics program in general, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

  • 1.5 Expiry of Points

    Where a card is not used for 12 consecutive calendar months, all the points are deemed as expired by The Handburger. While your details in the account will not be suspended, the points balance in the card will be set to null. To avoid this from happening, simply use your card at least once within a 12 month period to earn points. Please be aware that redeeming of points does not automatically extend the expiry date for the points.

    1.6 Termination of Account

    The Handburger reserves the right to terminate any account that we believe is being misused with or without prior notification.

  • 1.7 Modification and Termination of the Program

    A. The Handburger may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the program - including, but not limited to, the methods through which points can be earned, how points can be used, the value of points earned, and the conditions under which points may be forfeited - at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect a customer’s ability to use the points that he/she has already earned.

    B. The program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as The Handburger decides to terminate the program. The Handburger may terminate the program at any time with notice via email to the Customer’s email address currently on file with The Handburger for their online account. Any points that are remaining in a customer’s account at time of termination will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.

  • C. A customer’s continued participation in the program constitutes the customer’s acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. Customers are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that The Handburger may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on this Website and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
